A new patient visit takes about one hour, and it begins with a comprehensive oral and overall health history, along with new patient paperwork. We'll thoroughly examine your teeth, gums, jaws, and soft tissues. If you are experiencing an immediate problem or pain, we will address that issue first. Our dentists can also alleviate headaches and snoring in some cases, so be sure to tell us about all of your health problems.

To learn how we can customize a treatment plan that will exceed your expectations, the dentist will discuss your concerns and goals. A full set of digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and/or a Panorex will be taken, if necessary.

Then we'll conduct an oral cancer screening, periodontal evaluation, tooth-by-tooth inspection, and bite analysis. The dentist will present an initial treatment plan and answer questions before we schedule your next visit.
